My story

Meet Jem, the founder of OneYoga

Jem's love for yoga began in the early 2000s and since then her yoga mat has travelled the world! Jem trained as a teacher in 2014 and now lives in the heart of Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire and teaches in the surrounding areas. Jem is a distinguished yoga teacher with a wealth of experience but committed to ongoing growth and learning, recently added a post-natal yoga qualification to her credentials. . Jem offers thoughtfully curated group classes and she is also passionate about providing bespoke 1-1 sessions allowing yogis to experience the transformative power of yoga in a uniquely tailored and deeply personal way. Embark on a journey towards holistic wellbeing and inner harmony under Jem's expert guidance.  

Jem also since trained in Reiki (level 1 in 2017 and level 2 in 2024) and can incorporate this into practice and classes.

Whether you've recently given birth or are looking to regain vitality after pregnancy, I will guide you through gentle, healing postures that focus on rebuilding core strength, enhancing flexibility and promoting emotional wellbeing. I understand that every journey is unique which is why i offer a safe, supportive environment tailored to your needs with one to one sessions in the comfort of your own home and times that work best for you.

Reconnect with your body in your own environment. These are baby friendly sessions and you will strengthen your body, relieve stress and enhance your sense of wellbeing - while your baby rests, plays or even joins in the fun.

These are tailored sessions to your personal journey that totally focuses on your needs.

These sessions will be gentle but invigorating that incorporate movement and flows to support postnatal recovery.
